Request to Cancel Membership

Based on your membership, your request to cancel must be submitted within the following timeframe:

Monthly Autopay: minimum of 14 days before the renewal date.

Perfect 10: before booking your 1oth class or the 6-month renewal. (The contract renews after the 10th class is used or 6 months after the purchase date.

No Refunds. All Sales Final.
