  • Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout on the Megaformer™. Using slow, controlled movements, you target slow-twitch muscle fibers to build long, lean muscles and improve strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility.

    Classes combine slow reps, isometric holds, and quick transitions, working muscles to fatigue for maximum results. Movements are grouped by body part—core, upper body, and legs—and can be modified for any fitness level.

  • What to Expect in Class

    • 45-minute full-body Megaformer workout.

    • Every class is different—always challenging and never boring.

    • Slow, controlled movements with quick transitions = no breaks!

    • You’ll shake, you’ll sweat, and you’ll get stronger 💪

    • Taught by certified, supportive instructors with great playlists.

    • Small class sizes mean more personal attention (hands-on help if you’re cool with it).

    • All levels welcome—custom options for challenge or modification.

    • You’ll leave feeling strong, empowered, and confident.

  • What to Bring: Water Bottle, towel, GRIP SOCKS are mandatory.

    ARRIVE 15 minutes before class, we will give you the overview and answer any questions, please let the instructor know of any injuries/modifications needed.

  • Grip Socks Required
    For safety and hygiene, grip socks must be worn in every class—no exceptions.

    Be On Time
    Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early. You must be on your Mega and ready to start 5 minutes before class. For safety, late arrivals (over 5 minutes) will not be admitted.

    No Cell Phones During Class
    Phones are not allowed on the floor. If you need to use yours, please step outside or to the front of the studio.

    Judgment & Drama Free Zone:

    • Don’t get us wrong we LOVE dramatic flare, This studio is meant to be an uplifting supportive space. If you ever encounter an issue, talk to us—we’re here to help. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not following studio policies.

    Feeling Sick? Stay Home
    If you have symptoms of illness (fever, cough, sore throat, etc.), skip class. Our staff may ask you to leave if you're visibly unwell—for everyone's safety.

  • Waitlist 101

    If a class is full—join the waitlist and assume you're getting in!

    Here’s how it works:

    • 12+ hours before class: If a spot opens, you'll be automatically added and notified via text/email.

    • Less than 12 hours before class: You’ll get a text alert if a spot opens—you must book yourself in.

    Late cancel policy applies once you're added, so…

    Pro Tips:

    • Opt in to texts & emails—we aren’t responsible if you miss a notification.

    • Check your schedule! You're responsible for showing up once added.

    • After the 12-hour window, keep an eye out for last-minute openings.

    • Use the Stronger Fitness Studio app for quick access!

  • To keep things fair for everyone, no exceptions are made to our cancellation rules.

    No Same-Day Switches
    If you need to change your class, cancel and rebook—cancellation rules still apply.

    Cancel Definitions:

    • Early Cancel = 12+ hours before class

    • Late Cancel = Less than 12 hours before class

    • No Show = Didn’t cancel before class starts

    Fees by Package:

    Class Count Packs (1, 5, Perfect 10):

    • Early Cancel: Class returns to your account

    • Late Cancel: Class lost

    • No Show: Class lost + $25 fee

    Monthly Unlimited:

    • Early Cancel: No penalty

    • Late Cancel: $15 fee

    • No Show: $25 fee

    Community & Free Classes:

    • Late Cancel: $15

    • No Show: $25
      (applies to all clients regardless of membership)

  • Need to Pause? 👉 Pause Request
    Every auto-renew membership gets 1 free hold per year, up to 30 days.

    • Must submit request 14 days in advance of pause

    • Request made within 7 days of renewal will run prior to pause.

    • Need more time? Pause for $50/month.

    • Exceptions made for maternity and medical reasons.

    Cancelation: 👉 CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT

    • Monthly Unlimited: Cancel anytime after first renewal, must be submitted min. 7 days prior to renewal date.

    • Perfect 10: Cancel before booking your 10th class after your first renewal.
