Minimum of 20 classes taken at Stronger to audition for an instructor position.
If you have less than 6 months of experience and/or have taught less than 100 Lagree Classes, you will be required to complete a mentorship before starting.
Lagree Certification must have been done IN PERSON on a MEGAformer.
